If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in at our store location, you agree to receive transactional SMS text messages and/or automated phone calls from Wash Wave Laundromat related to your laundry order, including order-received confirmation, ready-for-in-store-pickup notification, and uncollected-order reminders. Wash Wave Laundromat does not currently offer pickup or delivery service; customers drop off and return to collect their laundry in person at our store.

- Delivery channels: SMS text messages and/or automated phone calls placed by an AI voice agent. Each automated call begins with an explicit disclosure that the call is automated and originates from Wash Wave Laundromat.
- Notification frequency: Approximately 1 to 3 messages or calls per order, depending on the status of your order.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages or phone calls.
- SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. After we receive your STOP message, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us.
- Phone-call opt-out: Tell us at the register, call us at (203) 527-4647, email info@washwavelaundry.com, or follow the automated prompt during a call to opt out. Your number is added to our permanent internal do-not-call list and will not be called again.
